Services at this location: Church and Community Assistance Program, INC.(CCAP) is a one stop facility for any individual and or family that is in need. Our vision is to enhance the lives of the individuals we serve by helping them achieve their highest potential through breaking the reoccurring cycle that keeps them from achieving change. We connect the Church to the Community to relevant resources. Ensuring that everyone is individually assessed, guided then equipped with training, education, employment, housing referrals (when applicable), mental counseling, mentoring, spiritual guidance and social opportunities in a safe, healthy and stimulating environment.
